Cyclefest is one of the largest bike demo events in the UK and is back by popular demand for the 8th time running. This time it's at a brand new venue - the Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow; taking advantage of the Lady Canning's Plantation Trails!
Situated in the heart of the Peak District we have teamed up with Ride Sheffield to offer our customers some of the best trails our area has to offer!
Cyclefest takes in the best of the surrounding woodlands and trails to bring you the very best Mountain and E-bike stomping ground we could possibly offer. Included in your ticket you will receive a full day's worth of riding on some truly amazing bikes on some fantastic trails, a meal and a drink at the Norfolk Arms, a £10 JE James Gift voucher, and the knowledge that part of every ticket sold will be donated to the group that maintain these trails, our partner for the event, Ride Sheffield!

Cyclefest is the largest bike demo event in the UK and it is back by popular demand for the 8th time running. With more bikes, more brands, and a fantastic venue.
You can be apart of Cyclefest 2020 for as just £30 for a full day of riding and tickets can be easily booked online via our online ticket system so you can be sure that you’ll get booked in early. The booking system operates on a first come first serve basis so it pays to be an early bird.
Test demo bikes from the UK’s largest fleet with all manner of bikes ranging from full-suspension mountain bikes right through to Bosch powered fat bikes and many many more,
Try bikes from Trek, Cube, Giant, Focus, Orange, Specialized, Cannondale, Whyte, Orbea and Haibike.

You won’t be able to demo any bike at Cyclefest unless we have both your Photo ID & bank Card. The only exception to this policy allows Parents to use their ID & Bank Card to secure a junior bike for their children. (Under 18’s only)
Every adult rider must bring 2 forms of ID. One must be a Photo I.D = Drivers Licence or Passport and one must be a Bank Card = Credit Card or Debit Card and both cards information must match. Without these I.D's you will not be able to demo a bike.
On-site parking will be available free of charge.
Helmet & Protection
You won’t be able to demo any bike at Cyclefest without a helmet regardless of pre-booking. We will not have any helmets for demo.
Arm, Body & Leg protection is recommended in particular for riders using the red and black routes, however, this equipment is not essential to your participation.
What do I need to bring to Cyclefest
You won't be able to participate without bringing a form of photographic ID a bank card and a EN1078 standard helmet. Click here to see the full list of equipment we recommend.
Is there parking available?
How do demo rides work? And how long are they?
Each demo ride is a maximum of 40 minutes long. Each rider can choose a trail suitable to their own skill level. Once your 40 minutes is up there will be a transition period for maintenance and new demo rides.
Can I book more than one demo ride?
You test as many demos as are available on the day. Each demo ride should be no longer than 40 minutes, we request that every rider respects the demo timings in accordance with our T&C's
I want to follow my own route for the demo, is this possible?
This is at the discretion of the event management on the day, we will need to provide you with emergency contact details whilst you're out on a ride.
How do I book a specific bike demo?
You can use our online Booking System to book a slot at Cyclefest. If you are booking on behalf of another person please use the booking system to enter their details separately. Due to an increase in popularity we are unable to take specific bike bookings. Any riders wishing to demo specific bikes are advised to arrive as early as possible to ensure their chosen bikes availability.
What time does Cyclefest start and finish?
The first demo ride starts at 9:30am with one demo ride starting every hour. The last demo ride checks out at 4:00pm.
