The processing of Cycle To Work Vouchers can take up to 48 hours from point of ordering.

Do I have to pay a surcharge for my order?

We will contact you regarding any charges that may be applicable when processing your order.
Please note the surcharge is a percentage the total of the voucher, not the price of the bike, and is paid separately to the voucher.

Cyclescheme - 5% charge applies to orders containing sale bikes.
Green Commute Initiative -

Standard 5% charge, 10% charge applies to orders containing sale bikes.

What if I didn't spend all my voucher?
We can only claim the full amount of your voucher. If you have not spent the total sum of your voucher, we will contact you to discuss options to move the order forward.

What happens if my cart total exceeds my voucher total?
We will contact you to discuss options to move the order forward.

I matched my cart total to my voucher total.
We will begin to process your order within 48 hours assuming all items are available, and any outstanding charge has been paid. We will redeem your voucher once the order is ready for despatch or collection.
