As the ongoing restrictions due to COVID-19 continue we are still experiencing unusual conditions, so some services are not quite up to our usual pace and standard. We are however seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and with the hard work and dedication of our staff at JE James cycles we are on the whole back to operating at a good turnaround for orders.
There are significant stock shortages in the cycle trade as a whole so choice is limited in some areas but we are working hard with our suppliers across the globe to fill those gaps as quickly as possible.
Most suppliers are getting back to a faster turnaround in delivering us product but delays are still a reality, so please also be aware that if you purchase a “supplier stock” item this may incur additional delays.

Also please note our mail order communications department will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays due to the ongoing issues, we adhere to respond to all messages as soon as we physically can.
The shops are open for visitors wearing a face mask (or suitable face covering) and we will be asking all customers to hand sanitise before entering the shops.
Our workshops are now taking on repair bookings but due to a high volume of repairs we are still working on longer than usual pre books.
