We are proud to say that all of our bikes are pre-built and go through a rigorous inspection procedure before the bike arrives at your doorstep. Due to shipping restrictions bikes will arrive with some minor assembly being required. Click & Collect

JE James Cycles Click and Collect feature is a great way of securing your product before coming into store selecting your nearest JE James Cycle branch. Once your product is ready for collection your chosen JE James Branch will contact you via text or telephone. Meaning you do not make a wasted trip. International delivery

We have many happy customers based outside of the UK because we try and keep our delivery charges to minimum. The best way to calculate how much delivery of any item via our website is to add products to your cart and proceed through the checkout process, please then enter your delivery details. Terms & Conditions

Points will only be allocated a minimum of 14 days after purchase or action has been completed.

Points gained on an item being purchased cannot be used on that item at time of purchase.

Points will not be given on purchases where points are being used as a way of payment.

Points cannot be earned when using Finance as a way of payment

Points can only be awarded through online purchases.

Points are calculated based on the Grand Total Value, taking into account the earning rates for each product category.

Points are not awarded on delivery charges.

Points are limited to the value of the order, excluding carriage charge. I.e you cannot go into a negative figure and you will always be charged for carriage (Where applicable)

Points will expire 90 days after they have been awarded.

If you return all or part of your order, points will be adjusted and re-allocated to your account an your net total, less carriage, will be credited.

If you receive a refund on a purchase you made via our online store, any points earned from the purchase of that product will also be removed from your account, if these points have already been used on another purchase, the monetary amount refunded on sed product will be minus the points amount earned from the initial purchase.

Je James Cycles reserves the right to remove points earned at anytime without warning.

Points awarded for reviews and social media sharing will be reviewed before points are issued. Points based on the review of a product must be a review that exceeds 50 words. Reviews may also not be considered for point rewards, due to foul language, incorrect of slanderous comments, and information we deem incorrect. JE James Cycles reserves the right to refuse the issue of points at anytime. Only one review/social media post per day will be subject to the reward points offer abuse of this system will mean points are with held at JE James Cycles discretion. Max 5 Reviews per user are payable.

Points awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if JE James Cycles determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
