"We were looking for folding bikes to go in our campervan and after hammering google we went into J E James to look at two Brompton models - the C line and G line. Gavin took his time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of both models and sent us out on a test ride with one of each. We returned about an hour later and decided to purchase two C lines. After a brief negotiation, we paid a small deposit and agreed to return later that afternoon by which time Gavin would have built up the bikes. We returned as agreed, the bikes were ready and after a comprehensive hand-over we left, very happy with our purchases. The staff, and in particular Gavin, were cheerful, knowledgable and gave excellent customer service. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to any prospective customers."
